ICEA has been mandated by the French Development Agency to carry out a diagnosis of the institutional, organizational, commercial and financial situation of the sector and the SNE and to draft a recovery plan.

ICEA advise the ARCEP in Burkina Faso for the update of the National frequency plan, the development of regulation and processes for spectrum management, monitoring and type approval, as well as the update of the legal and regulatory framework

ICEA provides its expertise on all institutional and financial questions for the Artelia-Bird & Bird consortium, which has been selected by the government, together with IFC,  to support ONAS in the structuring and implementation of two PPP contracts.

On 24 July 2017, the consortium ICEA-RICARDO presented the results of the electricity demand and tariff study to the Congolese authorities (Ministry of Energy, ARSEL and SNE).

ICEA and its local partner Convergence Consulting were selected by the World Bank to support the authorities of the City of Niamey in the implementation of a new organization for the fecal sludge management sector, related to the commissioning of the fecal sludge treatment plant of Koubia...

The Red Sea – Dead water transfer project has three objectives:

• slow down the environmental degradation of the Dead Sea;

• provide an alternative water resource in an area affected by a high water stress; 

• create an experience of regional cooperation in a sensitive geopolitical context.
